Loyalty Program

Set up your Loyalty Program account in My Lab to receive loyalty points.  You can check your loyalty points balance in the My Lab dashboard. 

Every new Loyalty Program account at The Scarlet Lab starts with 100 bonus points that you can use on your first order or bank for later.  

You will receive one point for every dollar you spend on products in The Scarlet Lab online shop (excluding postage).  

With a redemption rate of 10 points per dollar, your loyalty will be rewarded with genuine discounts.

For example, if your last order total (excluding postage) was $300, you will have 300 loyalty points in your My Lab account. You can use these for a $30 discount on your next order.

If you prefer to keep your interest in us private instead of sharing on social media, we offer you 500 bonus points for referrals that result in an order of more than $100. Simply ask the person you referred to email us with their order number and the email address that your My Lab loyalty program account is linked to and we will deposit the 500 bonus points to your account (that’s a $50 credit). Please allow 5-7 business days for the points to be allocated.
