Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We have made every effort to display and describe as accurately as possible the colors and features of the products that appear in The Scarlet Lab online shop. We cannot guarantee that any given computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. The Scarlet Lab does not warrant that the quality of any products purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors will be corrected. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our returns policy.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of The Scarlet Lab. The Scarlet Lab products
The stability & nature of our candles may be altered depending on storage conditions, or when used in combination with other ingredients. The Scarlet Lab will not accept any liability in this regard.
Please note that massage candles melt at a lower temperature and are packaged, to protect from overheating, for short periods of time. The Scarlet Lab will not accept any liability for candles damaged in transit, particularly for international shipping that may take longer than packaging is designed to prevent melting.
The information on products on The Scarlet Lab website and online shop are guides and is believed to be true, accurate, and reliable to the best of our knowledge. No warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or results is expressed or implied. Since we cannot anticipate the conditions of use of the information or material supplied by us, and since these conditions are not under our control, it is the user’s responsibility to determine the conditions for his own and specific purpose or use.
For massage candles, test a small area of skin in case of reaction.
Do not burn any of the candles for more than 3 hours at a time. Trim wick to 7mm after each burn. Keep candle in a draft free area, away from fans or air vents. Never leave a burning candle unattended or within reach of children or animals.
Due to the ratio of skin-friendly fragrance quantity to decadent and nourishing butters in each massage candle, and the fragrance holding nature of natural soy wax, fragrance may be more subtle when melted.
We use leather from rehomed furniture in an effort to upcycle and reduce waste to landfill. This means that our leather comes from different sources. There may be variability in the grain of the leather, and minor variability in colour and fade. The finishing techniques that we apply, using natural products, are differently amenable to each leather and may result in minor inconsistencies in the finish across different pieces.
